I have always been a mystic, poet, and dreamer; dancing beneath the stars and having conversations with the Fae folk & nature spirits, is ingrained in my bloodline as a hereditary Folk Witch.
Born in Australia, I spent my childhood growing up in Aotearoa (New Zealand) and my most cherished memories are of snow-capped mountains whilst walking the ancient tracks down to the sea.
My greatest gifts were gathered through years of travel across distant lands, studying Western folk witchcraft, transpersonal healing, ritual arts, and oracular divination traditions rooted in the old ways. It was in my late twenties through a profound but painful descent into the underworld, that I discovered transpersonal astrology as a potent tool for psychological healing, spiritual emergence and deep soul remembrance.
Through vivid dreams and magical synchronicities, I was guided toward wise women healers, cunning folk, and Indigenous elders whose teachings rekindled a sense of purpose within my weary soul. Their guidance opened the way for profound visions, intuitive insight, and sacred practices that I now share through soul-oriented astrology sessions, transpersonal counselling and ritual mentorship.
Professional Credentials:
2011 - Completed Diploma in Astrology (3-year training) with Babula Clement, Aust.
2016 - Completed Adv. Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling with IKON Institute, Aust.
2024 - Current undergraduate study BA Anthropology / Sociology - La Trobe University
As a menopausal, traditional witch I offer my services through astrology, folk witchcraft, mythology, ancestral healing, dream work, and transpersonal practices. These sessions are designed to support those navigating life transitions and the call toward deeper meaning. I have also continued professional development in transpersonal dream work, spiritual crisis & emergence, astro-herbalism, somatic training and trauma-informed practices.
I spend part of the year living on a sacred mountain in Australia, walking the ancient rainforest whilst continuing academic studies in cultural anthropology, traditional witchcraft and ethnobotany. I still travel back to my ancestral homeland of England and blend the mystical arts with the lore of the land, which adds symbolic inheritance and identity to my place of belonging.
Some of you have known me previously as Mikailah, and you may be wondering about the personal name change these last couple of years. In the truest essence of celestial timings, I returned to my birth name Rachael during the Aries Solar Eclipse of April 2024. This eclipse occurred at the exact degree of my Aries 19 deg Ascendant. This was a profound soul retrieval and homecoming that marked a sacred threshold within my life and sacred work.
