☽ PLANETARY ASPECTS TO THE FULL MOON ☾

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in Taurus ☽ (fixed earth) forms a stable earth trine to asteroid Hygeia in Virgo (mutable earth). Hygeia, the Greek Goddess of health and well-being, gifts us the ancient wisdom of sacred self-care, prevention and renewal.

Traditionally depicted with a serpent, Hygeia embodies the transformative power of healing and the balance between body, mind and spirit. Hygeia's holistic magic in this potent earth trine reminds us that tending to our health is a devotional act, expressed through the daily rituals, mindful choices and nurturing practices that restore harmony and honour our inner wisdom.

With the Taurus Moon ☽ at 2 degrees forming an out-of-sign conjunction with Chiron Rx at 28 degrees Aries, themes of self-worth, emotional security and authentic self-expression come into focus. Chiron’s Rx in Aries ♈︎ invites us to recognise where we may be prioritising others’ needs or seeking approval at the expense of our own.

Practically, this is a time to set clear boundaries and trust we are enough. Remember that independence doesn’t mean doing everything alone. Chiron, the Wounded Healer gently reminds us to ask for support when needed and to remain open to receiving help from others.

The Scorpio Sun ☉♏︎ /Venus ♀ ♎︎ Rx Libra 29 degrees and the Full Moon form a T-square with Pluto highlighting where change is needed. This is an opportunity to address unresolved emotions, release outdated attachments and recognise patterns that are holding you back. Pluto-ruled Scorpio Sun ☉ reminds us that growth often requires letting go, while the Full Moon in Taurus encourages us to stay grounded through the process.

Take time to reflect, trust your instincts and be honest about what needs to change with Venus Rx in Libra (cardinal air). This doesn’t mean burning everything to the ground. Sometimes, the existing contract or relationship simply needs to change, allowing a new form or expression to emerge.

These are short musings only & reverence is offered to the vast lineage & ancient traditions from which this astrological wisdom originates.
