A series of facilitated workshops, introducing the concept of dream incubation as a contemporary creative practice.
Through transpersonal dream practices, participants will be able to transform dream experiences, memories and imagery into visual art and storytelling, with connection to place and belonging.

The community-based workshops will also encourage experimentation across artistic forms and provide accessible pathways for people with different levels of creative experience to participate.
Gentle, body-aware creative practices will invite participants to explore movement, sensory awareness, visualisation, drawing and journalling as ways of responding creatively to dream imagery and personal experience.
The transpersonal soul speaks in personal & collective dream symbols, inviting us to listen and reflect on a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Expressive Dream Practices
An important element of western ancient dream practices was the ritual inclusion of oneirogens, which are dream-enhancing botanicals used to encourage vivid dreams, lucid dreaming and symbolic insight.
Oneirogens such as mugwort, blue lotus and other sacred plants were valued for their ability to deepen the dream state and strengthen the connection between the subconscious and the divine.
In the transpersonal ream, modern dream practices such as dream recall, artwork and journalling capture the subconscious, and the ancient art of dream incubation offers contemplative insights for personal exploration and creative expression.
